Please check if the power cord of the computer is correctly connected.
Please check the voltage of the inputted power.
When the voltage of the inputted power is different from the
voltage set in the power supply unit, the computer will not
be turned on.
The entire image is suddenly turned in black during operation.
This rarely happened when the user presses a button before the screen is completely changed. When this happened, press any channel to display the image again.
(While the image is displayed in black, recording is normally made.)
I cannot connect from the center (through TCP/IP). The connection window does not disappear.
This happens when the IP address of the site is incorrect. When this happens, the center tries to detect the correct IP for 30 seconds. The center is not down. Please wait for a while and try to connect again with a correct IP address.
I cannot connect from the center (through a telephone modem).
Check if the telephone lines of the site and the center are normally operating and they are correctly connected to Line jack of the modem. (Sometimes cables are disconnected from the telephone jack.)
The image of the site is turned in black after l connect from the center.
The center PC must have 16MB
of higher VGA to support the DN center software to normally
operate. Please check specifications of your PC.
How can l turn off the system?
Press Power button for five
seconds.
The system keeps restarting every three or ten minutes.
Please check if RS-232 serial
cable is connected between COM1 port and the control card.
When the cable is not normally connected, the system may keep
restarting.
Part of the image is displayed in blue or severely blurred.
On the rear side of the DVR,
change the position of the normal screen camera with the position
of the abnormal screen camera. If the image is not corrected,
the camera may have a problem. Contact the camera manufacturer.
Or if the normal screen becomes abnormal, contact the customer
support center of KIDICOM.
